egg less cakeEggless vanilla sponge cake Recipe:

Ingredients:

Maida: 1.5 cup
Sugar: 3/4th cup
Baking soda: 1/2 TSP
Baking powder:1.1/4tsp
Salt: a pinch
Curd: 1cup
Oil: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence:1 TSP

Prepare 7 inch round baking pan by greasing the tin and lining the butter paper.
Take a mixing bowl add curd, sugar and beat till both get incorporated.
Add oil , vanilla essence , baking soda, baking powder beat till frothy.
Add maida flour and mix with spatula till smooth..
Transfer the batter to the prepared tin and put in the pre heated oven at 180 c degrees for 40 minutes or till the tooth pick comes clean..
Remove the tin from oven and let it cool on the cooling rack for half an hour and demould it and decorate.
