INGREDIENTS FOR LABRA:
• Vegetables : Aloo (Potato), Potol (Parwal), Rangalu (Sweet Potato), Begun (Brinjal), Mulo (White Raddish), Kumro (Pumpkin) 1 cup each and cut into cubes
• Palong Shaak (Spinach) – 1 bundle, chopped roughly
• Notey shaak (Amaranth leaves) – 1 bundle, chopped roughly
• Ginger – Green chili paste – 2 to 3 green chilies + ½ inch ginger
• Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
• Panch Foran or Bengal Five Spices – 2 tsp
• Dry Red Chilli – 4 pc
• Bay leaf – 2
• Green cardamoms – 4 to 5 pc
• Cinnamon stick – ½ inch
• Ghee
• Salt, Sugar, Mustard oil as required
