Ulatham Kanji seivathu eppadi, how to make ulatham Kanji explained in tamil
INGREDIENTS
Urad dal-1/2cup
jaggery-200-250g
coconut-1/2
cardamom-7
salt-1pinch
METHOD
1.Soak urad dal in water for 2 to 3 hrs,drain all the water from the dal.
2.In a grinder,add urad dal,coconut,cardomom ,add 4 cups of water and grind the fine paste.
3.In a kadai,pour batter when it is starts to hot and stir continously.
4.When the dal is half cooked ,add jaggery and stir continously .
5.when nice smell came and switch off yhe flame.
6.Now ulundhu kanji is ready to serve with hot
