My Husband Making Easy Healthy Breakfast: Egg Vegetable Cheese Omelette

Description :

Ingredients:
Eggs – 2
Capsicum
Mushroom
Onion
Palak / Spinach
Pepper power
Cheese
Salt

Steps:
Heat a pan and add capsicum, mushroom, onion and spinach.
Add some water to cook the vegetables.
Cook covered for 2 minutes.
Add some pepper powder.
Switch off.

Beat the eggs well adding some salt.

Heat oil in a pan.
Transfer the beaten egg to the pan.
While it is half cooked, add the cooked vegetables.
Add 2 slices of cheese or grated cheese.
Fold from both sides and cook till the cheese melts.
Switch off and transfer it to a serving plate.
