15 minutes Chilli Chicken Curry

Description :

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken – ½ kg (Cut into medium pieces)
Onion – 1 medium (Chopped)
Garlic – 8 big cloves
Ginger – 1 big piece
Green chilly
Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
Red chilly powder – ¾ tbsp
Onion – 1 big (Cubed and layers separated)
Capsicum / Bell peppers – ½ of a big one (Cubed)
Soya Sauce – 4 tbsp
Sriracha / Hot Chili Sauce – 4 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Salt
Coriander leaves (Optional)

Steps:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilly and onion.
Once it starts to brown, add turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
Lower the flame and add soya sauce and hot chili sauce.
Increase the flame. Add 1 cup of water and salt.
Cover and bring it to boil.
Add chicken. Cover and cook on high flame. Stir often. It took me 7 minutes to get the chicken cooked.
Once the chicken is cooked, add cubed onion and capsicum.
Cook uncovered and bring the gravy to boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off.
Your Chilli Chicken Curry with Hot Chili Sauce is ready!
Serve warm as a side dish for fried rice, chapathi, kuboos, naan or basmati rice.
