बॅचलर विशेष मटण रस्सा करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ किलो मटण
• ५०० ग्रॅम उभे काप केलेला कांदा
• २५० ग्रॅम चिरलेले टोमॅटो
• १” आलं
• ७~८ लसूण पाकळ्या
• १/२ कप किसलेलं सुक खोबरं
• १०० मिली तेल
• १/२ चमचा मीठ
• १० ग्रॅम काळा मसाला
• १० ग्रॅम किचन किंग मसाला
• २० ग्रॅम लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ मोठा चमचा बेसन
• जरुरीनुसार गरम पाणी

Today’s recipe is bachelor special mutton curry today. Bachelor special because we are making this curry in cooker and with minimum efforts. Generally, bachelors have minimum kitchen appliances with them. So, I am trying to make easiest recipe. If you make the curry in cooker, it will save your time and mutton will be perfectly cooked. The curry turns out nice and tastes super delicious. It gets perfect texture, color, consistency and mutton is nicely cooker. This is a very easy and simple recipe. Ingredients:
• 1 kg Mutton
• 500 gm sliced Onion
• 250 gm roughly chopped Tomato
• 1” Ginger
• 7~8 Garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup grated dry Coconut
• 100 ml Oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 10 gm Kala masala
• 10 gm Kitchen king masala
• 20 gm Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Besan
• Hot Water as needed
Method:
• Wash mutton really good 3-4 times with water.
• Slice the onion and separate the petals.
• Blend ginger, garlic and dry coconut into coarse paste in mixture and add tomato.
• You can use dry coconut slices.
• If you don’t have mixture then pound the ginger, garlic and dry coconut and grate the tomatoes.
• Blend everything into puree.
• Heat up oil in cooker and add onion and salt.
• Fry well until onion gets nice golden color.
• When the onion begins to get nice golden color, add the blended puree and mix well.
• Fry it well together for about 7-8 minutes until oil is released from the masala.
• Add kala masala, kitchen king masala, red chili powder and salt and mix well.
• Move the gravy along the edge of the cooker and add besan.
• Fry besan well for about a minute and mix it with the gravy.
• Add mutton and mix it really good.
• Add hot water and mix well.
• Close the lid and cook on medium heat until 4 whistles. Mutton curry is ready.
• Serve it with bhakri or naan or roti or chapati.
