சீரகம் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
வெங்காயம் – 4 நறுக்கியது
உப்பு – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
மஞ்சள் தூள் – 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் தூள் – 2 தேக்கரண்டி
சீரக தூள் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
கொத்தமல்லி தூள் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
ஆம்சூர் தூள் – 2 தேக்கரண்டி
கரம் மசாலா தூள் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
வெல்லம் – 2 தேக்கரண்டி

Karela/Bittergourd is a vegetable that is hated by many due to its bitterness. But facts being facts, this is a vegetable that provides many health benefits when consumed regularly. So taking karela in one form or the other is really important for us to be healthy. This is a video wherein a simple yet very tasty sabzi is made with bittergourd and onions.
