Mawa Gujiya Recipe, How to make Khoya/Mawa Gujiya

Ingredients:
For the Gujiya cover:
1 cup refined flour/ Maida
1 cup wheat flour/ atta
1/4 tsp salt/ namak or as per taste
1/3 to 1/2 cup water/ paani or as required
2 tbsp ghee

For Gujiya Stuffing;
1 cup khoya/ mawa
2 tbsp semolina/ suji
2 tbsp dessicated coconut/ sukha nariyal
3/4 cup powdered sugar/ cheeni powder or as per taste
8-10 sliced pistachios/ pista
8-10 chopped cashewnuts/ kaju
8-10 sliced almonds/ badaam
1/2 tbsp raisins/ kishmish
1/2 tsp cardamom powder/ elaichi powder
1/2 tbsp ghee

Ghee or Oil for deep frying the Gujiya
