INGREDIENTS:
ALOO PARATHA RECIPE (for 6 parathas)

1-cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup water
Pinch of salt
Canola oil

POTATO (ALOO) FILLING
1-1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro

-Making Dough: Mix flour, salt, and water to form soft dough. Knead and let it rest.
-Filling: Boil and mash potatoes. Mix with spices.
-Making Paratha: Roll dough and add filling. Cook until golden.
-Notes: Store parathas for later use. Try different herbs.
-Serving Suggestions: Serve with various accompaniments or as a quesadilla-style dish.
