Ingredients –
2 Liter Full fat milk
300gram Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
1/4 tsp Alum
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Method –
Add milk in a wok, let it boil and add a pinch of alum powder, cook the milk on medium to high flame till milk thickens and add alum in intervals. It will make good granules in milk, add sugar and cook till it dissolves properly. Cook till milk become thick, add ghee and cardamom powder. Mix and transfer the mixture in a greased mould or plate, cover and keep aside for 8-10 hours.
Now cut in slices and enjoy homemade kalakand.
