Fish Cutlet | Non-Veg Starters

Fish Cutlet – Recipe
Ingredients: Seer Fish – 1/4 Kg
Onion – 2 nos chopped
Green chilli – 2 nos
A piece of Ginger
A few cloves of Garlic
A few Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Boiled Potatoes – 2 nos
Egg – 1 no
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Method: 1. Boil the Seer fish in Water with some Salt & Turmeric powder
2. Once cooked, debone, remove the skin & shred it
3. Add the chopped Onions, Green chilli, a piece of Ginger chopped, a few cloves of chopped Garlic & a few chopped Coriander leaves
4. Add 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chilli powder & Salt
5. Grate the 2 nos of Boiled Potatoes
6. Mix them well. Fish Cutlet mixture is ready.
7. Make flat patties & Refrigerate it for about 10 minutes
8. Beat an egg
9. Dip the patty in the egg, then roll it over Bread crumbs
10. Deep fry in Oil till its crunchy brown
