1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Powdered Sugar

FOR POTATO FILLING:
3-4 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Sarson)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)
2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
Curry Leaves (Kadhi Patta)
Dried Red Chillies
1 Sliced Onions
Asafoetida
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 tsp Salt
Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya)
FOR CHUTNEY:
Coconut Pieces
2 tbsp Roasted Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)
2-3 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Curd
Ginger
Green Chillies
12-15 Curry Leaves

Kashmiri Red Chillies or Powder
