2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Seeds
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1.5 cups Gram Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 – 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
2 tbsp Clarified Butter
4 tbsp Beaten Curd
1/4th tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Roasted Fenugreek Leaves
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Oil For Frying
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Clarified Butter
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Tomato Puree
1 cup Curd
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
