Mam pls tell alternate for beater.. I don't have beater
How many mins we need to keep this in oven?
Very tasty n easy to prepare recipe…
Ur kenwood mini processor is awesome… where to buy this in India n how much?
Made for the first time. Many thanks for the recipe and your instructions!
Since I didn't have a weighing machine, it was good that I had similar sized bowls used by you Akshu.
Noting down few things I changed so next so I can remember these.
1. Used 1.25 cups of table sugar ground fine (and half tsp of corn flour). Since I read this incorporates easily.
2. After making the soft stiff peaks, added a 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar, and same amount salt and cardamom powder and beat some more. The cardamom flavor was quite subtle.
Unfortunately I think there was too much egg whites in the recipe, after cooking, they got flattened a lot.
I tried it without oven…its not getting crispy …y??
We can add the sugar fully.
ty superb
Can I use icing sugar instead of powdered sugar?
this looks pretty where did this originate from??
why have many got flattened out?
thanks for the recipe…I my native mangalore we get cashew macaroons which are pink in colour with tiny bits of cashew and also a little rose essence is added…
