paneer/cottage cheese 400 gm
4-5 tbsp Allpurpose flour
1 boiled potato
black pepper powder

3 tbsp milk powder
for stuffing
chopped almonds and cashew
chopped kismish
1 tbsp paneer mixture
salt chopped coriander
black pepper powder
for frying
oil/ghee
for smooth silky gravy
3 medium size tomato
4-5 green chilli
5-6 big garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 big onion chopped
dry garam masala
3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1-2 pieces of cinnamon stick
15 black pepper
javitri
3 pieces of cloves/lavang
tej patta
Kasturi meth
chilli powder
salt to taste
haldi powder
15 pieces of whole cashews
3 tbsp magaj/melon seeds
1 tbsp posto seeds/khaskhas
1/4tsp jayphal powder
1 tsp sugar
15-20 kesar /saffron strands
