Eggless wheat cake without oven/ശർക്കര ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഒരു അടിപൊളി ഗോതമ്പ് കേക്ക്

A tasty and healthy wheat cake which is a perfect teatime snack…
Instead of sugar here I used Jaggery as a sweetening ingredient.
Baking this cake in pressure cooker.
Ingredients used:
Wheat flour – 2 cup( 1 cup = 250 ml )
Milk – 1 1/4 cup(3/4 cup for buttermilk )
Jaggery syrup – 3/4 cup(According to your taste)
Baking powder – 1 1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Melted ghee – 1/4 cup(1/4 to 1/2 cup can use, Any vegetable oil also can use)
salt – 1 pinch
Nuts or dry fruits you can choose if you wish.
Add nuts after dusting with flour..
Just warm up the wheat flour and use. No need to fry it.
Always follow the correct ratio of ingredients when baking a cake.
Preheat oven or oven setup prior to the baking.
