1 tsp Dry Coconut Grated
1 Small Size Tomato Chopped
1/2 Small tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Kanda Lasun Masala
Salt to taste

*Rice :-
1 Cup Rice
2 Cup Water
Salt to taste
Ghee

*Batata Bhaji :-
Small Potato
2 tsp Oil
1/2 Small tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
1 Onion Chopped
10-12 Garlic Cloves Paste
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1/2 Inch Ginger Grated
1/2 Small tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Small Size Tomato Chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin And Coriander Powder
