Kappa biriyani is a Special dish which is popular in Kerala Christian wedding occasions.

For this Traditional tasty dish preparation ,we need beef with bones and fresh or dried Tapioca.

Main Ingredients used here is:

Beef with bones – 1 +1/2 kg

Fresh Tapioca – 2 + 1/2 kg

For marination:

Onion – 2 small
Crushed Ginger – 2 to 3 teaspoon
Crushed garlic – 2 to 3 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Meat masala – 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
salt
water

For roasting:

Grated coconut – 1+1/2 coconut
Shallots(small onion) – few
Ginger – a small piece
Garlic – few
Curry leaves
Whole spices(Cardamom,Cinnamon,gramboo,Whole coriander, Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam))
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Meat masala – 1 teaspoon(not full spoon, take levelled measurement)

Roast grated coconut in low to medium flame until the colour turns into brown. Then grind it without adding water.
Cook tapioca and marinated beef separately.
Finally mix Ingredients such as cooked beef, cooked tapioca and ground coconut masala.
