  • Can I use different type of dal instead of chana dal? I have mung dal and urad dal. Which one will be OK with the rice dish?

  • I just cooked this for the first time and I burned the peanuts. It tastes awful. Make sure you don't cook for them for too long because they get cooked again later and everything shares the original oil. Better luck next time. 🙁
