All Purpose Flour – 1½ cups
Instant Dry Yeast – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Lukewarm Water (as required)

For Kneading Dough
All Purpose Flour

For Preparing Chicken Stuffing
Chicken Leg Thigh (boneless)
Curd – 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Salt (as per taste)
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns – ¼ tsp (crushed)
Olive Oil – 1 tsp

For Grilling Chicken
Oil – 1 tsp

For Preparing Sauce
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tsp (chopped)

For Assembling Shawarma
Pita Bread
Dip
Lettuce Leaves
Chicken
Onion (sliced)
Carrot & Beetroot (pickled)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Juice of ½ Lemon
French Fries
