Ingredients:
makes 25 Butter cookies
1/2 cup Sugar (100 g)
150 g Butter (3/4 cup)
1 Egg yolk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1.5 cup Maida (185 g)
1 tbsp Corn flour (10 g)
pinch of Salt
Oven: Bake at 175 C /350 F for 12-14 min
Pan: Bake on medium heat for 14-15 min min
