This butter chicken recipe is our favourite side dish for chapati, naan and bread. Fresh cream adds rich taste to this butter chicken.
Here is the juicy butter chicken recipe method – 1. Marinate chicken pieces with the spices mentioned in the list. Set rest for 30 minutes.
2. Heat butter and saute onion, garlic, ginger, dry and green chilies. Then saute almonds and tomatoes until mushy. Add all spices and grind this mixture to a fine paste.
3, In a kadai heat 2 tbsp of butter, add marinated chicken and cook till it is done.
4. Mix ground mixture with cooked chicken, add required water, salt and sugar. Let this butter chicken cook for 10 more minutes and garnish it with fresh cream. Juicy butter chicken is ready to serve.
