Egg – 3 Nos.
Onion – 2 big sized
Ginger – Approx.1/2 inch sized
Garlic – 3 pods
Green chilli – 2 small(Adjust the quantity according to your taste)
Tomato – 1 small sized
Curry leaves
Water
Coconut oil
Salt
Powders
Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 tespoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Crushed pepper – ¼ teaspoon(You can change this quantity as per your choice)
Crushed fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) – ½ teaspoon
