आलू मसाला पाव बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• उकडून सोललेले बटाटे
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/४ चमचा सैंधव मीठ
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट

Aloo masala pav is a popular street food recipe. This is a very easy and quick recipe. If you are bored of cooking then this is one of the easiest and quick option for you. It turns out nice, crispy, crunchy outside and cheesy inside. It is spicy and tastes just awesome. If you want to have something quick and chatpatit then you must try this. Ingredients:
• Boiled and peeled Potatoes
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Rock salt
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Finely chopped Green chili (Optional)
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Ladi pav
• Green mint chutney
• Mozzarella cheese (Optional)
• Sliced Tomato
• Sliced Onion
• Sliced Capsicum
• Butter

Method:
• Mash the potatoes well with masher and add coriander powder, rock salt, red chili powder,
green chili, coriander leaves, salt.
• Adding green chili is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• You can add lemon juice if you want.
• Mix everything well together. Aloo masala is ready.
• Take ladi pav and cut it open.
• Spread green chutney on both the sides of the pav and stuff aloo masala.
• Spread cheese on it and press a little.
• Using cheese is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Or you can use cheese slice in place of mozzarella cheese.
• Place few tomato slices, onion slices, capsicum slices on it and close it up.
• You can use veggies of your choice.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter.
• Place the pav on it and toast well from both sides.
• When lower side is roasted a little, spread butter on upper side and flip it over.
• When lower side is roasted a little flip over again and sprinkle red chili powder, coriander
leaves on upper side.
• Roast for a few seconds and aloo masala pav is all ready.
