Ferrero Rocher Chocolate
Ingredients –
20 Ferrero rocher cups / shells
Hazelnuts
2tbsp Nutella
125g Milk Chocolate
1/4 cup Chopper cashews / hazelnuts
Method –
Melt chocolate in microwave for 30second intervals or melt using double boiler method.
Add 2tbsp melted chocolate in Nutella and fill in a piping bag.
Roast the hazelnuts for 30 seconds on low flame.
Pipe out the Nutella-chocolate mixture in all the shells.
Between two shells place a hazelnut and close them properly and keep all these in fridge for 10 minutes.
In leftover chocolate, add few chopped cashews/hazelnuts.
Take out the shells from fridge and cover with the chocolate. Remove extra chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Keep them in fridge for 10 minutes and after take out and cover in golden chocolate wrapper.
Homemade Ferrero rocher ir ready to enjoy.
