These seeds are very healthy.i will share its
benefits in last part of this video
remove seeds from yellow pumpkin
removing seeds from white pumpkin
check for this white pumpkin(ash gourd) juice

First recipe is chutney .This recipe can be made with
any of this seeds(white or yellow pumpkin)
or chutney recipe can be done by combining both yellow
and white pumpkin seeds
The second recipe in this video is pumpkin seeds snack
the snack recipe can be done only with yellow pumpkin seeds
not white
let us see how to store this seeds for a week and use it
when needed
soak this seeds for 5mins and the remove the seeds
from any flesh left on it
if you dont need to store the seeds for future use,
you can use the seeds as such after just washing for chutni
rub well and wash it
drain the water and pat it dry with cotton cloth
let it dry under fan for 1 day and then store it in
air tight box for 1 week in fridge
pumpkin seeds chutni
2 tsp oil
5 tbs pumpkin seeds
roast well and take out when nice aroma comes
cook in medium to high flame
2tsp oil
2tsp urad dal
2tsp channa dal
1inch tamarind
5 redchillies
roast well till golden brown
roasted seeds
2tbs coconut
salt as needed
let it cool down and grind well first without water
and then grind with water as smooth paste
have this chutni with idly or dosa
Yellow pumpkin seeds snack
put parchment paper on baking tray
yellow pumpkin seeds is washed and dried(as
said in beginning of this video storing method)
add 1tsp oil to dried seeds
salt
pepper or chilli powder
onion powder and ginger garlic powder(optional)
mix well with fingers and spread on baking tray
dont crowd it
180 degree temperature both coils
10mins preheat
bake for 5mins one side
after 5mins ,take out .Toss it
bake for another 5mins
bake till it is crispy
it gets crispy when it gets cooled down
do this snack with yellow pumpkin seeds and not white pumpkin
benefits of the pumpkin seeds

good for heart
regulate blood sugar and pressure
rich in antioxidant
