For Tandoor Masala
14 cup coriander seeds
1 tbs cumin seeds
2 tbs kasoori methi
2 tsp dry ginger powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
6-7 dry kashmiri red chili
2 black cardamom
5-6 green cardamom and 1 tsp cloves
2 cinamon stick and 12 nutmeg
For chutney
1 cup coriander leavs
2 tbs gathiya or sev
12 lemon
salt and sugar
4-5 gren chili
1 piece ginger
5-6 garlic cloves
bread as per needed
paneer ,capsicum and onion
cheese as per reuires
