Wheat Flour Halwa
VERY EASY AND TASTY DESSERT
tHIS pRASAD IS OFFERED IN GURUDHWARA
this is sacred food
This prasad is prepared in gurudwara
by chanting prayers in whole process of making this
Only 4 ingredients and all are equal measurements
Equal proportions indicate all humans are equal
1cup ghee
ghee melted
1cup wheat flour
keep in medium flame and stir often
dont burn it
it should get light brown and nice aroma
froth comes
color changed
add water little by little very slowly in sim flame
water 1 cup
It gets thick.stir often to avoid lumps
volume increases by double the amount
cook till ghee separates from sides
ghee separates
1cup sugar
sugar melted
ghee separated from sides
serve hot
quick and simple sweet yet very rich
