Ingredients:
• Ragi flour – 2 cup
• Chili powder – 1 tsp
• Salt as needed
• Butter – 2 tbsp melted
• Onion – 2 (chopped finely)
• Curry leaves – 2 spring finely chopped
• Roasted gram – 3 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Hing – a pinch
• Water to mix
• Oil for deep frying

Method

1. In a bowl, add ragi flour, salt, chili powder and mix well the ingredients.

2. Melt butter then add with ragi flour and mix well.

3. Add chopped onion, curry leaves, cumin seeds, roasted gram, hing and mix well all ingredients.

4. Then Add required water and make smooth dough (vada consistency).

5. Switch on the stove place a kadai and pour oil for deep frying.

6. Take ragi dough and make it as small balls.

7. Next make small balls in to flat vada with the help of your palm.

8. Put Vada in hot oil and deep fry them in low flame till it gets crispy.

9. Now take ragi vada from the oil and transfer in to tissue paper plate to remove extra oil from ragi vada.

10. crispy ragi vada is ready to serve.
