In this video I have shown different tava (pan or tawa) I use for making dosa or chapati or rotti. I have shown and explained 4 different pan or tava. I believe using dedicated tava for different uses increases the life and efficiency. So I use different tava or tawa for dosa, chapati, roti, etc., I don’t have any coated nonstick pans. I use cast Iron pan for most of my preparations. And hard anodized pan occasionally. I have listed the pans and links for your reference.
