To make this delicious and easy mango cake, first add two pieces from either side of a mango into the mixer grinder along with a cup of Rava, a quarter cup of plain flour, a quarter cup of sunflower oil, half a cup of sugar and a cup of milk. You can use either raw or boiled milk.

If you do not have measuring cups, use any drinking glass to measure the ingredients and make sure to use the same glass to measure all the ingredients.

You can also add powdered sugar or granules sugar into the mixer grinder to prepare the batter.

After adding all the ingredients into the mixer grinder, blend really well to combine all the ingredients to form the batter.

Once the batter is blended, transfer it into a mixing bowl and add a teaspoon of baking powder and half a teaspoon of baking soda and mix the baking soda and baking powder really well with the batter.

Do not add the baking soda and baking powder into the mixer grinder and blend.

After adding the baking soda and baking powder, leave the batter to rest for around 10 minutes so that the rubber can absorb more moisture from the milk.

The batter for this cake is going to be slightly thicker than normal cake batter and it is going to take a little longer to bake than a normal cake.

If your batter seems too thick at the end, you may add more milk to adjust the consistency.

After about 10 minutes, transfer the batter to a greased cake tin or any steel vessel and garnish it with some almond flakes on top and then bake it on the stove top by placing the cake tin on an elevated base inside a pan with a tight-fitting lid.

Heat the pan first on a medium heat before placing the cake tin.

Once you have placed the cake tin, bake the cake on the lowest flame possible for around one hour to 1 hour 20 minutes, checking with a toothpick in between.

Make sure that the cake is fully cooked before we stop the baking process, else the cake will go down if the batter is undercooked, as you can see in the beginning of the video..

Once the cake has baked well and cooled down, you may cut and serve..!!
