Hi everyone, today I am here with a delicious egg puffs roll snack recipe..

The first step is to prepare the dough and to leave it to rest.

To prepare the dough, combine 2 cups of plain flour, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil or any other oil of your choice along with some salt to taste. Next, add around a cup of water to the mix and knead it into a soft dough.

Alternatively you can use 2 cups of plain flour or you can use a cup of plain flour and a cup of wheat flour.

After the dough is ready, leave it to rest for around 10 to 15 minutes or until you prepare the masala for the filling.

To prepare the masala, mash 750 g of boiled potatoes with your hands or with a greater or with a potato masher in a large mixing bowl and add some salt to season the boiled potatoes.

Into the mashed boiled potatoes, add some chilli flakes to taste, half of a finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilli, a small finely chopped piece of capsicum, a pinch of cumin seeds, a quarter teaspoon of chilli powder and some garam masala to taste..

Next, add some finely chopped coriander leaves and give it all a good mix and taste the mix and add more garam masala or salt as per your taste preference..

Once the masala is ready, heat some oil in a pan and sauté one and half thinly sliced onion, a small piece of finely chopped or crushed ginger and a green chilli..

Once the onion turns soft, add quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away.

Next, add 3/4 tablespoon of coriander powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away.

Next, add 1/4 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder or as per your taste and sauté until its raw smell goes away.

Make sure that there is enough oil for the spices to fry.

After all the spices are roasted and ready, season it with some salt and garam masala to taste and also add some lime juice if you wish to…

Once the second masala is also ready, separate a chunk from the boiled potato masala and spread it in your palm and place a little of the onion masala in the centre and place half of an egg on top of the masala and close it with the potato filling to close the egg inside. You can reach out for more potato masala if it seems insufficient to fully cover the egg..

After both the Eggs are covered in the masalas, come back to the dough and separate the dough into two halves..

Take each half of the door and need it again by talking in the edges from the bottom to get a smooth finish and then sprinkle some plain flour on a surface and then roll out the dough as thinly as possible..

Then, cut the dough into stripes to cover the potato egg ball by using one of those to mark.

Watch the video carefully and follow the steps exactly as shown in the video.

After you have cut the strips, place the potato ball on one side and brush some butter or ghee or some oil on the remaining part of the strip and roll it around itself on the prepared sheet..

Once the Roll is ready, fry it in some oil until the outer layer turns crispy and layery..

Once the golden and crisp from the outside, remove it from the oil and serve them hot..
