Bay leaves – 2
Onion – 3, thinly sliced
Green chillies – 3
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tbsp
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tbsp(not spicy, gives nice colour )
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Duck meat – 1 kg
Salt
Hot water – 2.5 cups
Chopped coriander leaves
