1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
800g Fish (whole) or (sliced)
2 Cups Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chilies
4 Cloves
½” Cinnamon Stick
8 Garlic Cloves
1″ Ginger
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Sugar
½ Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 3 -4
