ಬೇಸಿಗೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ ಕಾಲ, ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತಹ(seasonal) ತರಕಾರಿ ಹಣ್ಣು ಹಂಪಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವುದೇ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ. ಮಾವಿನ ಕಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತರತರಾವರಿ ಅಡುಗೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಈ ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ ದೇಹವನ್ನು ತಂಪಾಗಿಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ. ರುಚಿಯಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತಹ ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ ಗೊಜ್ಜಿನ ರೆಸಿಪಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ . ಈ ಗೊಜ್ಜು ರೊಟ್ಟಿ, ದೋಸೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನ್ನದ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರುಚಿ. ಇದನ್ನು ನೀವು ಗಾಜಿನ ಶೀಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಪಿಂಗಾಣಿಯಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಸರಿ.
