Pitted Dates – 1/2 Cup
Dry Fruits – 1 Cup

Walnut – 1 1/2 Cups

Brown Sugar – 3/4 Cup (Buy: https://amzn.to/376pRNl)

Milk – 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2U9JC3U)
Cinnamon Powder – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/31893UW)
Nutmeg (Optinal)
Method:
1. Remove the seeds from the dates.
2. To a bowl, add mixed dry fruits and nuts.
3. Chop the walnuts and keep aside.
4. To a larger bowl, sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
5. To this add brown sugar, mixed nuts, and walnuts and mix them.
6. Now add melted butter and mix again.
7. After mixing add milk and vanilla essence. Mix again.
8. Finnally add cinnamon powder and grate some nutmet. Mix again.
9. Pre heat the oven for 15 mins at 180C
10. Grease the raemkins with butter. Pour the cake batter into them.
11. Bake them at 180C for 40 mins.
12. Once cooled down, release the edges and remove the cake.
