1 small beetroot or
grated beetroot is around 1 cup
little chopped coriander leaves
around 1/2 tsp salt or salt to taste
1 cup curd/yogurt

1 tsp cooking oil
pinch of hing
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp uddina bele/urad dal/split black gram
1 green chili(split ot chopped)
few curry leaves
