Description :
. Clean and wash the mangoes, Pat them dry using a dry kitchen cloth & keep aside for 1 to 2 hours.
2.Take a ceramic jar (bharani)/glass jar,should be clean & dry.
3.Put a layer of mangoes first in the Bharani & then add some salt,again add mangoes and salt…..repeat till the Bharani fill
4.Close the Bharani with lid & then tightly cover with white cloth & keep in a cool dark place for atleast 1 month
5.After 1 month you can start use,when using always use only clean dry spoon.
6.This salted mangoes stay for 1 year if they are conserved properly.
7.By these mangoes you can makecurries,chutney,pickle,etc..
