Ingredients
Gooseberry /Amla – 500 gram
Honey / Then – 500 gram
Method
1. Wash the amlas thoroughly.
2. Boil plenty of water in a steamer add the amlas and steam for 10 minutes over a high flame. Keep aside.
3. Once completely cooled open them with a fork at regular intervals. Don’t remove the seeds. if you want to eat separate amla pieces you can remove. it’s your wish.
4. add honey in steamed amla. Should immerse amla fully to the honey. Keep it in sunlight morning to evening for at least 7 days.
5. so amlas are soak in honey well.
6. After one week our healthiest honey amla is ready to eat.
7. store it Honey amla in a sterilised glass jar. Store for upto 1 year at room temperature.
