Cinnamon stick – 1
Ginger – Small piece
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Coriander Powder – 2- ½ tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 3½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – 1½ tsp
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
