Pettiyappam-iftar recipe
Description :
For Batter
1 All Pourpose Flour
1 Egg
water and salt
Yellow food colour if you want extra colour (I added a pinch of tumeric powder)
Pancake Consisitancy
1/2 Channa Daal
1 1/3 Water
(cooked in a pressure cooker)
after first whistle cook on low flame for 20 minutes
1cup shredded Coconut
6 Tablespoon or as per taste Sugar
3 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbs Cardoman Powder
For Sugar syurp
6 tbs sugar
8 tbs water
Cardoman powder
