Masala appe is really a quick recipe. We already have seen 2 appe recipes. Today’s masala appe is really easy and simple recipe. These turn out nice, crispy outside and soft inside. These can be made from the ingredients available in your pantry. You can try this delicious recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup fine Rava / Suji
• 1/2 cup Curd
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
• Finely chopped Green chili
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• Grated Carrot
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
• 1/2 tsp Water
• Oil
• Kanda lasun masala
• Red chili powder

Method:
• Take rava in a bowl and add curd. Mix well.
• You can use buttermilk or water in place of curd.
• Add water and mix well.
• The batter should have consistency like idly batter.
• Add ginger, green chili, capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves, salt and mix everything well
together.
• You can add spinach in place of coriander leaves.
• Rest the batter for about 10-15 minutes.
• Add eno fruit salt, water and mix well quickly.
• Heat up appe patra on low heat and add oil in each mold.
• Add batter in each mold.
• Fill the center mold last as it receives maximum heat.
• Cover and cook on low to medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
• Remove the lid and when appe begin to leave the edges flip them over.
• Fry well form other side as well.
• Drizzle oil on each appe and sprinkle kanda lasun masala.
• You can use kala masala, goda masala, pavbhaji masala, kitchen king masala or any other
masala available with you in place of kanda lasun masala.
• Sprinkle red chili powder on each appe.
• You can sprinkle chat masala, salt too.
• Flip appe over again and again sprinkle kanda lasun masala, red chili powder.
• Drizzle a little oil on each appe again.
• Flip appe over again and take them out after into a dish about a minute or two.
• Masala appe are all ready.
• You can have them as it is. No need of chutney or sauce.
