Fish fingers in tamil/Fish finger recipe/how to make fish fingers/பிஷ் பிங்கர்

Description :

Ingredients

1 kg fish (rohu fish)
3 bread slices
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 egg & 1 egg yolk
Oil to deep fry
5 tbsp rusk powder or bread crumbs
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions:

1. Take the boiled fish and remove the bone completely.

2. In a separate bowl, add boiled fish, bread slices, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, egg yolk, pepper powder and salt mix it well everything together like a soft dough.

3. take a lemon size dough and roll it fish fingers shape.

4. In another bowl, beat 1 egg. Keep it aside.

5. Put the breadcrumbs onto a plate.

6. Now dip the fish fingers into the egg, and then roll them in the breadcrumbs.leave it for 10 minutes.

7. Deep fry the fish fingers, in preheated oil.Cook on medium heat, turning it occasionally till golden colour.

8. Our Fish fingers is ready to serve.
