Ingredients:

Gram Flour – 3 cup
Whole wheat flour – 1\4 cup
Rice flour – 1\4 cup
Grated coconut dry -1\2 cup
Sesame seeds – 2-3 tbs
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tblsp
Salt to taste – 1 tbs
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Jaggery / Gur – 1\2 cup
Tamarind Pulp – 1\2 cup
Ginger chilli Paste – 1 tblsp
Oil – 2 tblsp
Water as needed

20 leaves of colocasia \ Arbi Leaves
Garam Masala 1 tbs
cumin coriander powder 2 tbs
Temparing
Oil – 2 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 2 tblsp
butter milk 1\2 cup
coriander leaves 3-4 tbs
grated fresh coconut 3-4 tbs
poppy seeds 1 tsp
