For Beef: Under Cut (Tenderloin): No Green Papaya paste will be used, For Beef Sirlion: 1 Tbsp Papaya paste will be used, For Beef Leg meet: 2 Tbsp Papaya paste will be used. For Baby Goat or Baby Lamb(Leg Meat): 1 Tbsp Papaya paste will be used. For Regular Mutton or Lamb Leg meat: 2 Tbsp Papaya paste will be used
Yogurt: ½ Cups
Mustard Oil: 3 tbsp
Onion Paste: 1 Tbsp
Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Ghee Oil: 4 Tbsp to glaze
Lemon Juice: 3 Tbsp
Green Chili Paste: 1 Tbsp
Hara dhaniya (Cilantro) fine Chopped: ½ Bunch
Mint Leaves: ¼ Cups Fine Chopped
Salt: 1 Tbsp or to taste
Red Chili Powder: 2 Tsp
Crushed Pepper: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder: 2 Tsp
Garam Masala: 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder: ½ Tbsp
Black Pepper Ground: 1 Tsp
