Masala dosa is one of the most popular South Indian breakfast dishes served in restaurants and tiffin centres. Dosa is a crepe made using fermented rice and lentil batter.?? Masala dosa is one that is crisp, aromatic, flavourful and has a potato masala ?or spiced seasoned potatoes stuffed in it with red chutney spread in it.
Ingredients Needed are
For Dosa
1 and 1/2 cup- rice
1/2 cup – red rice
1/2 cup – urad dal
2 tbsp – channa dal
1 tsp – methi seeds
1/4 – tsp poha
For Red Chutney
8 – Byadgi Chilli
Few Coriander leaves
Onion – 1tbsp(chopped)
Tamrind
Garlic Cloves – 5
1 Tbsp – Fresh Grated Coconut
1 Tbsp – Fried Gram
Salt
For Green Chutney
1 cup – Fresh Grated Coconut
1/2 cup – Fried gram
6 to 7 – Fried Green Chillies
Ginger
Garlic Cloves
Tamrind
Jaggery
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
For Potato Palya
Potato – 3
Green Chillies – 4 to 5
