ఈ చారు పొడితో మైసూర్ రసం పెడితే వేడివేడిఅన్నంలోకి పుల్లపుల్లగా కారంగా ఉంటుంది/Mysore Rasam With Rasam Powder

Ingredients:

For Rasam Powder:
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp
Chana Dal – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Corns – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Red Chillies – 3
Grated Fresh Coconut – 2 tbsp

For Rasam:
Tamarind – Small Lemon Size
Tomatoes (chopped) – 3 medium size
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Toor Dal(cooked & mashed) – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp

For Tempering:
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Red Chillies – 2
Asafoetida Powder – 1 pinch
Curry Leaves – 2 sprigs
