Ingredients:
Khichdi
1\2 Cup Yellow Moong Dal
1\2 Cup Rice
1 tsp Jeera
1 Cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
few curry Leaves
salt to taste
1\2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 cups water
2 tbs Ghee
Kadhi recipe
1 cup Curd
1 tbs ghee
3 cups water
3 tbs Besan
2 tsp Ginger chili Paste
few curry leaves
salt to taste
2.5 tbs Sugar
1-2 tsp Jeera
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1\4 tsp Hing
coriander leaves
3 dry chili

Dry Chana curry
1 cup Soaked Chick peas
1 tbs Oil
1\4 tsp HIng
5 garlic clove + 1 tbs redchili powder paste
1 tsp dhaniya jeera
1\4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
lemon juice
