2 whole red chilies

2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped

1 tablespoon besan (gram flour)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric (haldi)
1 tablespoon finely chopped green chili
1/8 teaspoon asafetida (hing)
1/8 teaspoon Carom seed (Ajwain)
