Chicken Manchurian Banane Ka Tarika – Chinese Manchurian Recipe in Urdu

Restaurant style Chicken manchurian easy recipe.

Ingredients:

For chicken marination:
1/2 kg chicken boneless little chopped
1tsp salt
1tbsp soya sauce
2tbsp chilli sauce
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1egg
2tbsp all purpose flour(maida)

For chicken manchurian gravy:
1/4 cup oil
1tsp ginger garlic paste
3cups water
1tbsp soya sauce
3tbsp sugar
3tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp crushed black pepper
4-5 tbsp chicken powder or 3-4 chicken cubes
2-3 drops red colour(optional) mixed with 2tbsp water
1tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup tomato keptch
1/2 cup chilli garlic keptch
2tbsp onion cubes
2tbsp capsicum cubes
